RUS041A – Rural Speed Limit

Roadworks- Unlit and Lit Area: RA2. The Rural Speed Limit Sign RUS 042A consists of a white disk with a black border and oblique parallel black bars as indicated below. This sign may be used as an alternative to the 60km/h Speed Limit Sign (RUS 042) to indicate a speed limit of 60km/h on Local Tertiary or minor Local Secondary roads where: they connect with roads that have a speed limit greater than 60km/h; or they connect with roads in an urban area. Sign RUS 042A shall be only used in conjunction with Supplementary Plate P 080.
